Guarantee
All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the check-in date.
Any reservation with an invalid credit card will void the reservation.
Pergolèse Hotel declines all responsibility in case of an error in content or price and reserves the right to cancel a confirmed reservation. In this case, the hotel must inform the customer by email or telephone and indicate the new conditions. The customer is free to maintain his reservation or not. In any case, no compensation or consideration can be claimed from the hotel.
AMENDEMENT /CANCELLATION POLICY

Otherwise, Reservations not canceled or not amended in time result in the billing of the price of the first night.

Non-refundable Bookings are non-transferable and non-exchangeable, they are payable online by credit card.
